Remove the product selector
It's confusing to pick a product when my question, for example, is about converting from Windows to Mac, how Point of Sale works with QuickBooks, or why I should upgrade from QuickBooks 2007 to 2009.

Fix the "Find your answer by subject" section
Most of the time I can't find my answer there anyway. Maybe it should ask me some questions to help me find the answer better.

Don't Waste Space
You have a big graphic in the middle of the page that wasts a lot of useful space. It doen't do anything but look pretty. Reduce or remove it

Receivables / Payables Restrictions
I suggest that you get rid of the restriction on having only one accounts receivable or payable account per transaction. In other words, we should be able to put as many different AR or AP accounts per transaction as needed. I often have to split a transaction between two or more customers, for example.

Get rid of rotting bytes: Dead pages that show up on a web search but should be removed.
Many web search will lead to internal Intuit pages and forms that are no longer supported. And spending 10 minutes filling a form to have it go "Pfff!" because it was replaced in 1997 but still shows, well - no fun. Intuit: Clean up the cobwebs, and become the lean efficient machine we need.

State forms
Could you please develope the state forms for payroll tax reports like you do have on the desktop. That would be great, everything is so professional except the state forms. Thanks
