Currently if you read a question, you can't just go "back" to the previous page - you have to go back to your starting point. I've never seen a site with no back button.

Enable searching by phrase, user name, date range.

Enable sorting and filtering results.

This could be on the Q&A My Answers tab, with the ability to filter, search and sort by read/solved status. this helps you keep track of who is reading and liking your posts

Be able to see at a glance what discussions you have and haven't read, either by having the unread ones in bold, or flagged with a "new" flag

This is really specific to the tax and accounting forums. Every now and then, there will be a question marked "solved," but the answer is so insufficiently detailed as to lead the unwary to the wrong conclusion. It would be useful to be able to at least comment on those posts, even if you couldn't get "points" for it.

This should default to a setting in your profile

I don't appreciate someone marking my questions as solved; then no one else can respond to it. The question poster should be the one marking the issues as resolved- not by standers.

The activity feed is not relevant to any particular forum and users are confused about which forum they end up in. Also the threaded posts are extremely hard to follow.

Support the Form MA NRCR Composite NR because it is Mandatory to E-File

All discussions that have any reply get the A icon, but there is no distinction for posts that are marked as solved. Have an S icon for posts that are resolved

When looking at the forum view, be able to see who posted the last post to a discussion.

Give us the option to remove your advertising buttons such as the tax planner; document management system; trial balance utility; launch document e-sort; launch proline tax import; and integrated solutions. Also should give us option to completely get rid of tabs at bottom: Live community; tax import; and ESPECIALLY the tax research powered by BNA and its related ANNOYING pop up. I do not want, and will not, purchase any of these products so quit shoving them in front of my face. Very annoying. We shouldn't have to put up with this crap for what we pay for this program.

The answers provided in the Intuit Community are a valuable source of instructions on how to handle many situation. If it were possible to print just the question & answers, instead of the image of the entire page. it would improve the usability of those answers. When working thru a long list of instructions it is much easier to follow if you have paper setting beside you as you go step by step.

after finding the posts we should have capability to sort them by dates or popularity, as right now if we try to sort it comes up with old or other issue post.

Tax professionals should not have to wade through the hundreds of posts from those using TurboTax who want free advice.

This forum needs much more post traffic to be more effective.

Show the points of the person who is directly ahead of you & you overall ranking if you're not in the top 10
