  6. Obamacare report to list those employees with over 30 hours a week pay to assist employers keeping track of their Obamacare obligations

    For those employers trying to keep under the 50 full time employees rule of Obamacare (where full time is defined as 30 hours a week), could you please create a report showing, maybe, those over 30 hrs a week in one column and those over 30 hours a week in a different column, or some way to tell every payday how many full time equivalent employees the company has? Also to then print this report covering a period of months. The first requirement begins tracking this October. Thanks!

  8. Enable adding GP items in withholding section

    In the wage/withholiding tab under employee update I always run out of GP line items to use, so I use the WH line items and still run out!
    I would like to be able to add more GP line items.

  10. Give the option that we can change the payroll check number in Manual Processing Screen

    In the Manual Processing screen under Process Payroll of Batch Payroll, you cannot change the payroll check number after payroll checks have been printed. You need to add the ability that allows the user to edit the payroll check number manually or offer more options. Because we have some clients that ask us to calculate the payroll check amount, then give us the check number after they write the payroll check. The check number may not match the employee ID. Sometimes our clients need to void payroll checks causing the check numbers not in sequence. As a result we need…

  15. Enable the system to electronically file the California form DE 9

    California mandates electronic filing of this from for employers with over 250 employees. At this point, I have no other choice but to manually enter each employee on a Cal website or pay substantial fines. Thank you.

  17. Increase the number of character spots for employee names, first and last

    We have clients that have Mexicans for employees, sometimes their social security card lists 4 names, local banks won't cash payroll checks unless all names appear on the payroll checks as they appear on the SS cards. Most don't use middle initials. there are not enough character spaces.

  19. TRANSFERRING COMPANY LIST INTO A EXCEL SHEET

    I was very upset EastAcct could not help me with this issue. I wanted to transfer the list of companies that include name, contact info etc from Easy to a Excel sheet. I was told we do not help do that. This program is made for accountants right? Then why isn't it accountant friendly? I shouldn't have to be a computer genius in order to accomplish simple tasks.   20. Integration with a label printer

    Drake tax software integrates with a Dymo label printer for client lables and IRS mailing labels. It would be nice if EasyAcct had the same functionality.
